Live Your Life

As trite and stupid as that may sound, do the best you can if you choose to tough out the ages. Some people's mobbing experience isn't as bad as others. Mine is really bad. But if you can, maintain the things you liked to do before you knew mobbing was happening. Some stupid things you can choose not to allow to affect you.

Know your environment

Try to know as much about a place as you possibly can. Try to catch what is happening quickly. Don't forget what has happened to you and don't take part in it against others.

Be Vigilante

Keep accurate documentation. Document consistently. TIs never know when the next attack will be. The goal is to catch TIs off guard. Keep tape recorders and cameras with you at all time. Merchandise. Get Tshirts for your website if you have one. Get bumper stickers. Call the perps what they are and inform people. The pen is mightier than the sword. You also have to name them. I have heard victims of other things say don't, just speak about things in general, and general corruption, but no, I disagree. You have to name. Does any other criminal go unnamed? Namie wanted the name of a Walmart supervisor who did something horrific to an employee for an excellent reason. You have to name them and name the company. Your out of work anyway. It may seem that the information you provide is useless because as a TI you will never get any encouragement, just discouragement. I have found that even if you show people dinasaur bones, they still will say dinasaurs don't exist. I had my own family members repeat what the police officers said regarding the fake order of protection in the section "My Story". They said, it looks real to them. If your own family will say dinasaurs don't exist, what do you expect others to say directly to your face? But provide documentation anyway. I may be useful to someone one day in the fight against organized mobbing which is an issue that is larger than any one TI.

Know when to quit your employer

Don't stay in a situation that is unhealthy even though there are few options. Trust your instincts when you feel things are not right and document. The Namie's have a great website dealing with workplace mobbing. The radio shows posted are extremely educational. Some TIs are harassed and quickly terminated unjustly and some are left to rot somewhere tucked away in the office according to one woman. No one TI experience can speak to all TI experiences.

Therapy

I always hope to be able to provide some optimism because no one can live without it. I hope to be able to say something different than what has been said on any other site, but I personally can't, shamefully. That is not to say that a TI can't find a honorable therapists or medical professionals, but it will be extremely hard. The odds are that the TI will be further victimized in therapy. I would still try, confirm rather than believe, but that will probably be the outcome. With a low income and government issued medi-cal/medicaid card, I wish you the best of luck. The best chances are private practice who you can't afford. The best people are those who are literature for others. I would think anyway, I could be wrong on that. Maybe Leymann would be victimizing people to who came to him, I don't know, but it is certainly possible. I searched for therapists who have dealt with trauma or better yet, people who have dealt with immigrants who have been through traumatic experiences, work related problems, PTSD and social phobias. I haven't found someone with the credentials of say a Namie or Leymann or anyone in Los Angeles who can honestly discuss mobbing to put it lightly. So, yes, I was further victimized in therapy. I went through four terrible experiences before saying: "the more people I see, the more scarred I will become." It just wasn't worth it. It is certainly not the attitude I have about all experiences, somethings you have to fight for, therapy wasn't worth that fight for me. I could see myself going from 4 to100 and being victimized all along the way and paying for it and wasn't worth the time when there is a library and there are books that are cheaper and saying more poignant things. The more advanced the degree, the worse the therapist became. It seemed like a fruitless battle.

What would a TI be looking for in therapy? Well, for one compassion. I didn't have a therapists who said outright that you are full of shit or lying or delusional. I pulled out proof when requested with what I had. TIs will go from drugging (hard to prove but if you can prove some of the other outrageousness, you certainly can increase the likelihood or believability in the unproven) to police harassment/intimidation to college/workplace discrimination/harassment to stalking to car/home breakins to wanting to discuss their human rights issues to what's the law to what they just read to why to childhood and back to present and future and more. We are all over the board. It takes many, many years to get through. The therapist must be well trained and willing to learn as the TI is learning about their experiences. They must know their shit and knowledgeable across disciplines. The best therapist presumably a TI or another victim of something ghastly. So open field if you don't have it so bad to work and go to school. Rape counselors or regular/typical abuse counseloring doesn't qualify you to counsel people who are victims of organized mobbing. I don't see the two of them connecting. Possibly someone who is familiar with Eastern Europe or any other kind of place with 'extreme' happenings. Far fetched? In some ways not applicable and in some ways very applicable. No, a large portion of society isn't experiencing, but the individual is in very similar ways. This is happening one by one. It is the wrath of totalitarianism arching its back and stinging one individual person at a time right in front of you. And the perpetrators share the psychology with the perpetrators in each one of those places. It is psychological terror as opposed to physical torture. The end is still the same. Because the experiences of individual stories in these places are so similar to TIs enduring organized mobbing, that is why you will find the comparison on the Internet. It is the only experience and explanation that fits. It is the only situation to point to when reading and say, 'you' understand. That's it. That's what it is. That is what I felt. That is the explanation for what is happening where a person goes, now I see. I did receive some information from a few therapists. One said, yes, he believed things like this happen and these are the things that are done. That's a start. And yes, those are the kinds of things that are done, things that are not "easily detectable". Great point and well understood. But, why you? I am having a little trouble with somethings. Ok, fine, I certainly understand that and not a deal breaker. But some other things were and there is certainly nothing to laugh at. Are you so disturbed that the demise and death of someone is funny? One therapists said, well, what did you do to deserve it. Tell me you can see where 'that' was going. To that I would say, yes, definitely there is a training problem and read Hanna Arendt on that to start. So a TI is looking for compassion, qualification, familiarity with people living under extremely traumatic circumstances, honesty and real, someone who is really interested in helping with what they 'can' help with, strong, and high integrity to name a few. Therapy should be a place of recreating the self and building the self from those who are trying to tear down the self to instinct and thereby destroying the moral and juridical self (I steal shamelessly). Misery is hard to listen to especially if the experience does hit home. I heard someone say the mobbing experience was like being in Alice and Wonderland. Arendt discusses that too. Certainly, after all this, I will never have a normal life. I will always feel/be unsafe, suspicious and untrusting. My distilled anger will perolate and flair out from time to time. Anything can set me off from laughing to crying to seeing red. I will always be living, how I never thought I would have to: watching my back like a fucking criminal. I didn't choose the path of a criminal, I chose college. Who can and wants to live such a life? I will never be able to have a fruitful, artful life and to live up to my human potential. So much time has been taken and so little time left. I do have some information I can share regarding some therapists if I feel the need later. I certainly can't fight everyone. Though I wish I could but I just can't. I had two therapists whose personality I did like. Unfortunately they just don't and didn't do the right thing. A few were monsters. Someone did a documentary on some of the more recent genocides that have happened. He talked to the perpetrator who seemed to him to be very normal and, friendly. In fact, he had to keep it in his mind that the person who was in front of him had murdered many people without justifiable cause.

Supporting TI

I have heard sites say that, if you know someone is a TI do little things to show them that you support them. Bullshit. That would be an admission that you are in full knowledge about what is happening and are complacent. Which makes you evil, to put it mildly and in the TIs mind, trash and scum. If you are silent remain silent. If you act phony, well, even the best actors get caught acting. Since you have chosen silence, stick with it and when you see the person you know is being targeted shopping or whatever, act around them as you would with anyone else you don't know if you are not in on the harassment fully. Best thing is always doing the right thing and telling the person what you know and not partaking in any of it. Or just leave them alone rather than adding insult to injury.

We have ways of making you talk

Surely we all are aware of some of the more popular tactics used to inflict great distress and torment on people we want information from. I have learned America is quite good at this. That is why I say that it is mendacious to say that those who do organized mobbing are uncorrectable by the law. Certainly after they are named, if one is serious regarding freedom, justice, a lawful society, protecting of individual human rights, redress for victims etc, than the same tactics used on victims of organized mobbing or any other terroristic group, can be used on perpetrators of organized mobbing or any other terroristic group to gather information. That would be justifiable. It is a federal crime to terrorize anyone, even a single individual, said one FBI chief who said they would be highly concerned about such things happening, if you were to take him at his word. By not applying the same investigative techniques to domestic terror groups, the rationality of many social institutions is suspect. And would be essentially saying, terroristic crimes are applied only to certain groups, some people are allowed to be victims of terror while others are not based on someone else's judgment of individual human worth, laws are arbitrarily enforced based on your individual worth deemed, again, by someone else. Direct domestic terror by anyone on American soil against other Americans is acceptable based on that individual's worth as determined arbitrarily by someone else. As if they had the right to make that decision privately and to rewrite the Constitution. Who are you to mob? Who are you to price the value of life? Who are you to blacklist? Who the hell are you? Who are you to say some group is more worthier than another group or individual arbitrarily? Who are you to say this person is of esteem therefore the rule of law doesn't apply to them because we value 'them', but the law will apply to those we deem 'less worthy'? Who the fuck 'are' you? Other than criminals. The goal of torture isn't pain, it is humiliation. I have called many, many attorneys regarding the workplace discrimination/mobbing/harassment/disparate treatment and, no, no one would take the case. At workplacebullying.org, there was a segment on a woman who called over 300 attorneys and received no assistance.

The Wicked Game of Manipulation and 'Use' of Mob Perception

http://abusesanctuary.blogspot.com/2006/08/dealing-with-manipulative-people.html. This story is for a friend Steve Stone of Irvine and a few others and, mainly him. This is an actual situation redone differently. I decide I am going to be a mobber. Person Y says let's hang out. Person Z says Person Y is racist and I am black. Now why after that I would choose to associate with Person Z I don't know. I could also ask, I could also wait for something to be said, I could say to Person Y this person said, or I could have a good time and not believe, but listen or just have a good time. There are many choices. But I am a mobber with an agenda. Person Z tells me Person Y is racist and I decide to go out and have a little 'fun'. So I pick up Person Y who starts a conversation on genetically modified corn or something, anything topic will do, I can always twist it. I look for my opportunity and say "Yeah, black people can really get our big thick lips around that cob can't we?" Person Y is stunned where is all this coming from? Don't know. That statement didn't exactly fit in with the topic. Person Y tries to make an assumption I am not crazy, maybe had a bad corn flashback. So in time, after some silence, Person Y tries to change the topic cheerfully to something else like fantastic restaurants he visited and the food was just hummm. Describing the restaurant...beautiful flowers, great service, clean white table cloths, fancy....and I interrupt finding a great spot with white...."Yeah, table cloths bet you wouldn't want us 'black' people touching them, the color might rub off and dirty them." Anything nutty. The stranger the more the person is off balance. Now that is two, but Person Y has got to endure me because he is in my car and far away from home at night. Long night for Person Y who may not have had a problem until today. But this is how things can go. Insidious? Really. But clearly I don't think Person Y is a racists, this is just a psychological game I want to play. Like, I bet you stole something when you were five, go and kill yourself. Funny when the person says, well, no I didn't but why don't you kill yourself, here's some rope. Anyway, good luck understanding that one. I think that was the most honest, real and best way to say.

Threat Assessment Teams Discussed

Managing a ‘threat assessment’ (which no society seems to be doing well because they may not be 'managing' the proper people, so strange intentions) can also mean monitoring the books you read or the opinions you may share after being influenced by certain books. Yes, people have been deemed threats simply by reading the ‘wrong’ materials. We are told as citizens that this ‘doesn’t happen’, because it violates the core of our beliefs and our constitution. But, welcome to reality, that is not the way business is conducted. That is the basis of organized mobbing in many instances. Fear.  Why would it happen, worldwide? Another easy question, if you read a few articles. I presented articles of Daryl Gates being involved in an international spy ring.  “The secret services have rightly been called a state within a state, and this is not only in despotisms but also under constitutional or semi-constitutional governments. The mere possession of secret information has always given this branch a decisive superiority over all other branches of civil services and constituted an open threat to members of the government” (123) -Hanna Arendt The Origins of Totalitarianism part III . Secret service here 'also' means the police. No not so much the average monkey suit wearing police officer waiting to be told what to do and passing out tickets, but there are divisions within the police services who are specifically involved in such activities, illegal activities. To the point, other government figures are afraid of the police because they can’t control them now. The way things are suppose to go is, monkey suits who are there to protect and serve, get told what to do by the people with brains (president controls the army). But this is proof of evolution, monkeys evolve into smart monkeys and begin to push around and blackmail the boss/politician because they have got special privileges and abilities which they used against the politician not only the people the politician has recommended. The average citizen is taught a phony, watered down history and lies. Everyone has to be on the same page with no alternative understandings because that is what keeps the status quo for those who benefit from it. The average citizen taught and bought the lies of a bad educational system would have to relearn history and much of everything else, which takes a lot of time. Meanwhile, they are much older and are caught in the artificially maintained struggle for existence and haven’t the time or inclination to do what is perceived as ‘having your head in the clouds’. Different drives are in order as adults: clubs and cash. Which is fine until there is a problem. Basically it is easier to shut up and put up with things rather than think about it all and get upset by what you learn about the world. My favorite bumper sticker is ‘I smile all the time because I don’t know what is going on’. The lack of alternative thinking, creates the lack of an alternative Reality to live in, which is a scary thing for those with a higher consciousness. The world be damned at that moment as we genuflect to the scientists and hope they can get us out of here (maybe not everybody) because this planet is just too screwed up to live on. Not just environmentally, which is acceptable to talk about, but qualitatively, a discussion that sends people running for the hills. If you don’t talk about it, it doesn’t exist and it will go away. So there is a police network that even the politician is scared of, but who runs them? Every bully needs a brain apparatus. Oligarchy? Maybe. I don't know. Those who can shut off the funding? Sure they got ideas and they are fed up with the way things are too, just from a different perspective. Like any other murder victim, targets and not just targeted people are all their knees, to another ‘human being’, begging for the right to exist on earth when we thought we were past that point in history because we won that war. Go figure. I can see no bigger threat than that. Is anyone assessing? Losing your freedoms due to laziness and fear and avoidance. Getting back to an earlier point, if there is a threat assessment team of some kind, why aren't drug dealers and real criminals being targeted? Drug dealers make money. Money that goes in many hands from dirty cops to dirty judges to dirty people in general. Drug dealers are the last thing on someone's mind. We have a president who is a 'constitutional scholar' so we have been told and those of us experiencing egregious violations to our rights certainly thought that was a skill we wanted in the White House. Certainly a major disappointment. He may not know the economy or be a hospital administrator, but he does, according him, know the Consitution of America.

Whether to be silent

We always have to judge our own situation. I heard someone say, if they see certain aggressive attacks like people losing their jobs or any other strings of bad occurrences, they will stop talking and trying to 'inform' people. Which is natural. No one is trying to be a martyr (especially when your personal bank account on the line), they are just trying to create or maintain a happy, free and just society. Just dealing with America, it is not a free society and hasn't been for sometime I am finding. From its founding there have always been challenges to its principles such as the Alien and Sedition Act of 1789. Sometimes it is better to just say nothing in such a society if you choose to stay alive. With organized mobbing, the only place to turn is the Internet for people who are really already familiar with the term. So you have to judge that and determine if beneficial to use the Internet and if we are adding to the discussion or just angry. I waffle on this idea. I don't believe silence is good, but talking hasn't done any good either. Realistically, no matter what is said about charitable works on tv, people aren't concerned about other people or any of these social systems we have until 'they' are personally affected. And because this is done one by one, the bulk of people are not affected, so unconcerned. That is the irony. So it is demoralizing, why say anything? Personally, as time goes on, I do less talking. I am not really sure whether or not I regret doing a website and joining this discussion. Silence would not have served me in any way either. The mobbing doesn't stop by talking or not talking because you are simply ignored when you are being mobbed in this way. There is a reason for that which I am sure anyone who reads can understand. I am always adjusting and trying to be factual and less emotional in exposing mobbing and mobbers. When people can't use the legal system, well, they use other means. It may be helpful for someone but certainly not for me in any practical way. What people think of as the 'conspiracy theories' is big business. There is a lot of truth, speculation and flat out lies in this business which both scares and informs. I don't know a lot about mobbing. Most websites I am skeptical of. I read, experience and try synthesize what I read and what I experience. I am learning and unlearning with time. Most websites focus and speculate on some 'large' plan and say they have a personal story but don't say what that is. There should be some material evidence, though maybe not perfect evidence, but not just intertextual references if they are really a target of organized mobbing. Something to think about because you should have it before you add to the discussion. If someone is willing to partake in the mobbing of someone, then they should be exposed as being a mobber and criminal. If you are a college student, watch what you say. I would recommend going along with popular opinion. Truly it is the elites to create the social milieu and honestly, they are the only one's expected to comment on it. You are expected to follow in line. Say, you hear an idea, not even care about the idea because it just doesn't really relate to you, but when hear it question its logic or its fairness to others and well, that may start your mobbing because someone doesn't like your line of questioning. Understanding that as a possible reality in life, and you don't want to feel like you are compromising your human spirit, maybe mathematics or the physical sciences is better where you don't have to deal with controversial issues. If you don't concern yourself with social issues and watch tennis, I don't think you will be mobbed. If you are ever mobbed, you become a nonperson at that point in every social aspect. You have no legal rights of any kind as a nonperson. It is not the drama in the news I am concerned about, it is the people and issues that never make it there.

So...Jump Down Turn Around Pick Up Your Bail of Cotton

Jump Down Turn Around Pick Up Your Bail of Cotton

Revolution?

In all honesty I don't think a 'real' revolution is possible or 'real' change is possible. As one group of people were working, plotting and planning to control the whole world, many were hanging out at the club, singing songs and getting their groove on. They didn't think or care about the long terms prospects...the children, the grand-children and the great-grand children...society as a whole...things down the line. They saw...me, now, fun, boats, the good life that went unprotected because it was someoone else's job and the future come what may. I don't think people are to blame for their myopia, those are the simple things and simple desires for average people. That's the good life. But others were 24 hours a day on the job, planting seeds with a different objective and they now own the system and the world. They know the world system because they created it while people were at the club or polishing the chrome and brass. They also know they can buy people for a box of chicken and keep them begging for the simple pleasures they choose to 'grant' them. I think in order to have a 'real' revolution which is impossible. People all over the globe would have to be on the same page and do it all together at the same time and not sell out. Impossible. Not one country today and one state 5 years from now, but all together. People would also have to feel comfortable getting their hands dirty and dying and in reality they aren't. They will do it for a military paycheck, educational benefits, self-important power and fear of court marshall, but not for free for freedom. They have been singing songs and are use to it and taught to believe in that. Peace, easy Peace...like a quiet spot in the club. So they sing songs, songs of woe, songs of cheer, songs to get bouncy. They bump and grind all night long and when they get tired they just change places and partners. Meanwhile, leaders are bought off and the world remains the same with slight concessions granted for a little while and a system of lies to infect the conciousness and explain things away. Peasant leaders eat well, feel important, drive big cars and drop the peasants a few quarters . No, no 'real' revolution. There may be something to that old Roman word virtu. Some have it and some cultures kill those who develop it. In truth I think there are few options but no one will tell people that, you have to figure it out for yourself. That base is covered with the rulers of religion who need the peasant just as much as they need the rulers of the world.

Do what ever is necessary to 'get yours'. As 'getting yours' becomes harder and harder people become more ruthless and ruthless to survive and then the system collapses. The rulers of the world rule the world, they give some concessions to a few in the middle and they keep a few peasants around for the grunt work. With technology there is a lack of willingness to grant more and more concessions and a lack of need to support more and more peasants though their pleasures are so simple. You have to accept the status quo if you are at the bottom or they will use their trained monkeys in the middle to make you accept it. They have many ways of doing that. A bag of tricks that is filled with pleasant evil. And they get angry because they have to now work and you are taking away their boat time with complaints. The other alternative is Jim Jones's Koolaid if you are not among the choosen or allowed to rise on ruthlessness as entertainment for the rulers. One by one there is a quiet thinning, en masse when the time is right and those who see it coming and know the system, push the next person in front of the train and is forever watching 'their' back. There is some dignity in the Koolaid and a quiet revenge. Less peasants, less middle, less trained monkeys because there is no one to shoot, less vile, ruthless, evil murderers of all kinds and means. There are only the rulers of the world and only a few of them because there is no more plotting and planning to be done. Bored. Until they 'create' more middle, more monkeys, more peasants and killers to rule over. In short, you can go to God or wait for him. It is just a matter of dignity. What will you do for a box of chicken?
